Cookies, local storage and cookieless tracking
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser that are sent with each request. Local storage (localStorage) keeps data in your browser but is not sent to the server automatically. Cookieless tracking collects usage data through scripts without setting cookies, so it also needs consent control.
Necessary (always active)
GAESA: an infrastructure cookie set by the hosting platform to deliver the site. We cannot disable it through the cookie banner, and rejecting optional cookies does not remove it.
intrepid-lang (localStorage): remembers your language (English or Spanish).
intrepid-consent-v1 (localStorage): stores your cookie choice. It has no automatic expiry; you can change it at any time or clear it in your browser.
Analytics (optional, off by default)
Google Analytics 4 is not installed or active. If we add it, it will load only after your consent, and withdrawing consent will stop future collection. No Meta Pixel or advertising tracking is installed.
Third-party services
Replit Analytics and the public feedback widget have been switched off manually in Publishing settings. The intended state after republishing is that neither script loads. Republishing and verification that these scripts are absent on the public site are still pending. We do not yet claim tracking has stopped.
Until the new publication is applied and verified, injected scripts remain outside the cookie banner's control. Optional preferences do not block necessary infrastructure storage.
Fonts in this version are hosted with the site, without requests to Google Fonts. Social and partner links open external sites subject to their own policies.
Changing your settings
You can open at any time, or use the footer link. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser. Questions: info@intrepidpeak.com.
