Banff Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Banff

Morning: Transfer from Calgary International Airport to Banff (1.5 hours). During the journey, you will enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and alpine landscapes.

Afternoon: Check-in at the hotel, located in the center of Banff. Once settled, you will have free time to explore the town, with its local shops, restaurants and the landscapes surrounding the town.

Evening: Welcome dinner at a local restaurant to start the adventure with a delicious Canadian specialty


Day 2: Banff and Sulphur Mountain

Morning: We'll start the day with a ride aboard the Banff Gondola to Sulphur Mountain. From the top, you'll enjoy incredible panoramic views of Banff, Banff National Park, and the surrounding mountains.

Afternoon: After the mountain experience, we will take a guided tour of Lake Minnewanka, a spectacular lake known for its crystal clear waters and alpine landscapes.

Night: Accommodation in Banff.


Dia 3: Lake Louise and Lake Agnes

Morning: Transfer to Lake Louise (approximately 45 minutes by car). Then we will trek to Lake Agnes, one of the most iconic places in the park with breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Afternoon: Once the trekking is finished, you’ll have time to explore the village of Lake Louise and relax by the lake.

Night: Accommodation at the hotel, where you can enjoy the charm of the town and the tranquility of its natural surroundings.

Day 4: Plain of Six Glaciers

Morning and afteroon: Guided hike to the Plain of Six Glaciers, one of the most famous routes in Banff, where you will enjoy spectacular views of several glaciers and alpine landscapes.

Nit: Back to Lake Louise to rest and regain strength.


Day 5: Sunshine Meadows

Morning: Transfer to Sunshine Meadows, a high mountain area known for its flowering alpine meadows. We will begin a hike through these meadows, where we will enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and high mountain lakes.

Afternoon: Time to relax and freely explore the surroundings or rest at the hotel.

Night: Accommodation at the hotel or in a camp at Sunshine Meadows for a unique experience of life in the heart of the mountain.


Day 6: Sunshine Village

Morning and afteroon: Full day of hiking in Sunshine Village, one of the most popular places for outdoor activities. The routes are varied and adaptable to all levels, so you can choose the difficulty that best suits your desire to explore.

Night: Return to Sunshine Meadows to spend the night surrounded by nature.


Day 7: Johnston Canyon

Morning: Transfer and trek to Johnston Canyon, one of the most impressive sites in Banff National Park. As we progress through the canyon, we will see a series of waterfalls and spectacular rock formations.

Afternoon: Optional: relaxation at the Banff Upper Hot Springs, where you can enjoy the hot water in the middle of the mountains.

Night: Accommodation in Banff.


Day 8: Cultural Excursion and Local Museums

Morning: Visit the Banff Park Museum, where you can learn more about the fauna, flora and history of the national park. There are also other cultural attractions to discover.

Afternoon: Free time to shop in local stores or relax on the terraces overlooking the mountains.

Night: Accommodation in Banff.

Day 9: Bow Falls or Tunnel Mountain

Morning: Short hike to Bow Falls, impressive waterfalls just minutes from town, or hike to Tunnel Mountain, one of Banff's most popular lookout points.

Night: Farewell dinner at an iconic Banff restaurant to celebrate the moments lived and the adventures shared.


Day 10: Return to Calgary

Morning: Transfer to Calgary airport to return home (1.5 hours). End of the trip with unforgettable memories of the Rocky Mountains and the adventure in Banff.
