Intrepid Peak takes care of every detail to ensure that users feel safe and well taken care of before, during, and after their experience.

For each of the experiences or events, the Intrepid Peak team takes care of the following points so that you and your group only have to worry about enjoying the experience:

Design of the itinerary and scheduling

We will carry out all the planning and logistics of the adventure so that everything we can control is a success and the time you spend with us is maximized.

Travel group management

Whether you are traveling alone, with an open group, or a closed group, we take care of managing the group and making the necessary reservations so that the relationship between members is smooth and excellent.

Relationship, negotiation and contact with entities.

The only contact you will need is with Intrepid Peak. We will take care of contacting all the entities involved in your experience, such as accommodations, transportation, or adventure sports companies, so you don't have to worry about it.

Presence in experiences and events

In each of the experiences, there will always be a member of our team present to ensure the smooth running of the activity. In case of any unforeseen issues, we will be there to address them in a timely and trustworthy manner.

1. What types of sports experiences can I book through the website?

The experiences we offer are very varied, from mountain-based adventures to those closer to the beach and sea, each with its own cultural component and context, which make each one different from the previous one. You can consult the different experiences and their details in the "Adventure Experiences" section of this website.


2. How can I make a reservation?

Payment and booking of an experience is carried out through Adventure Desk, our collaborating travel agency.


3. What does a travel experience include?

Each of the experiences has a specific section for this issue, which explains which aspects are included and which are not in the travel pack for each of the adventures.

4. Can I customize my experience?

Yes. Although within each experience proposed by the Intrepid Peak team, different specific options can be carried out based on the selection of sports or cultural activities. However, if what you want is a completely personalized experience, we recommend the “Tailor Made Experiences". You can find them in the Main Menu, which will allow you to create your experience from 0 with our support, so that it can be adapted to your needs and interests as much as possible.


5. What skill level do I need to participate?

Each experience or activity offered by Intrepid Peak is designed to be adapted so that anyone can carry it out. However, each of the experiences includes recommendations to enjoy them to the fullest. For example, on a trip based on trekking, having some experience in this practice will allow for a better development of the activities. If despite this you do not find any activity that adapts to your needs as much as you want, there is always the option of carrying out a Custom Made.


6. What should I bring with me for my experience?

Once you have booked one of our experiences, the Intrepid Peak team will send you a detailed list of everything you will need.


7. Is it safe to practice outdoor sports with your company?

Due to our extensive experience in the sector and thanks to the fact that we always prioritize working with the best valued collaborating companies and with the most knowledge of the territory in which the experiences are developed, carrying out sports in the natural environment with our company represents great safety. However, the natural environment has different factors that can condition the carrying out of activities in it, such as the climate or the season of the year in which the activity is carried out, among others. That is why, together with the collaborating companies, we will always value these characteristics, and if it is not considered safe to carry out any of the planned activities, an equally attractive alternative will be sought to guarantee your safety.


8. Can I book for a group or private event?

Although we offer open group experiences, where you can share an adventure with strangers, you also have the option of taking a trip with us with an already closed group, as long as it reaches the minimum number of places required for the specific experience. On the other hand, with a tailor-made experience we can evaluate carrying out adventure trips with a smaller group of people. Finally, if what you want is to carry out an event with your company or entity, we have Team Building experiences, and these are completely private.

9. Are there options for families or children?

Each of the experiences has a section where it is specified which audience the specific adventure is aimed at. However, as a general rule all activities are minimally adaptable both for family trips and for children to be able to do them. For more information on this specific aspect you can contact the Intrepid Peak team and assess the viability and/or adaptability of a specific experience in this regard.

10. Can I book an experience if I am a person with reduced mobility or functional diversity?

Intrepid Peak creates experiences for everyone and there is always a possibility of accommodating them. However, if you are a person with reduced mobility or functional diversity and want to travel with us, contact the Intrepid Peak team so that we can learn about your capabilities and advise you when choosing your adventure so that you can enjoy it to the fullest.

12. What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

In each experience, and once the reservation is made, a “Trip Guarantee Date” is established, 60 days before the first day of the trip. Before this date, you can review all the information and decide to cancel the trip without any penalty. Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before the first day of the trip will result in a loss of 50% of the total value of the reservation. On the other hand, cancellations made between 29 and 0 days before the first day of the trip will result in a loss of 100% of the total value of the reservation. In the event of unforeseen incidents such as flight suspensions, natural disasters or other unpredictable factors, Intrepid Peak is committed to finding solutions and alternatives, and exploring the possibility of rescheduling the trip according to availability and the specific circumstances in each case.

13. How can I pay for my reservation?

Payment is made securely through We Travel, a platform specializing in bookings and payment management for travel experiences.


We work with Adventure Desk, our partner travel agency, to ensure efficient and professional booking management.

14. Is it necessary to have previous experience in sports?

Each of the experiences has a specific section for this issue, which explains if there is a minimum level of experience for a specific practice or activity. However, if you are hesitant to carry out a project due to this aspect, we recommend that you contact us to study the case, and if necessary, evaluate carrying out some adaptation or alternative.
