Experience an unforgettable 4-day mountain biking experience in the Okanagan, combining thrilling descents, spectacular scenery and local cuisine. This adventure is designed for intermediate and advanced riders, with guided sessions in some of the best bike parks and nature trails in the region.
We will work with our trusted partners, MTB BOLD Coaching and Essential Cycles, to offer a safe and level-appropriate experience, with specialized guides and coaches providing technical support throughout the trip.

Itinerary Kelowna
Day 1: Arrival in Kelowna and welcome party
Morning: Arrive in Kelowna before 2:00 PM and check-in at the hotel.
Afternoon: Visit to Quails' Gate.
Evening: Welcome dinner and motivational talk.
Day 2: SilverStar Bike Park
Morning - Afternoon:
- 07:00h: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 08:30h: Departure to SilverStar.
- 09:30h: Technical training and descents in the Bike Park.
- 12:30h: Lunch
- 14:30h: Technical training and descents in the Bike Park.
- 17:30h: Dinner
Evening:
- 19:00h - 20:00h: Return to Kelowna.
Day 3: Gillard Rec Trails
Morning:
- 07:00h: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 09:00h: Departure to Gillard Rec Trails (45’ from The Cove).
- 10:00h: Single track hike or shuttle service.
- 10:00h - 12:30h: Route through Guillard.
Afternoon:
- 12:30h: Picnic-style lunch included with local Okanagan food.
- 14:00h - 16:00h: Continuation of the route to Gillard.
- Debriefing and snacks in the parking lot.
- Return to the hotel to shower
Evening:
- Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 4: Smith Creek Trails, SUP and Farewell
Morning:
- 07:00h: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 08:00h - 11.30h: Departure to Smith Creek Trails (10' drive).
- 11:30h - 12:30h: Departure to Frind Winery for Paddleboarding or Kayaking.
Afternoon:
- 13:30h - 15:00h: Farewell Lunch and Wrap-up event with trip mementos.
- 15.00h: End of the trip.

- Meals: Daily breakfast, welcome dinner and farewell lunch.
- Guided Mountain Bike activities.
- Guided sessions at SilverStar Bike Park, Gillard Rec Trails and Smith Creek Trails.
